prayers answered :)

great! and thanks to YOU up there :) hillary finally had a win :> next is...they'll be here, our turn to pick our nominee :) I'm really a politics' freak, the truth. these important people have the power to shape the government, change laws that might affect my life, so that's why I'm very very interested. i listen, pay attention and think about the issues. which candidate is for this and i take note. yes, politics is similar to a very enjoyable feast for me, although i can't think of a food that is my favorite, except for pasta and noodles, laughs. to me politics here is just as good as it gets now adays. a woman, and a black man are duking it out to be the nominee of the democratic party which i belong, the working class here. i am a democrat and i vote that way, always! republicans are the rich, the corporation owners that shipped most of the manufacturing jobs outside the U.S. for they don't think about their kababayans here. they think about their big profits going to their pockets first and foremost. so that's why there is this big mortgage meltdown. people are losing their jobs that are being shipped overseas, so no job, then ergo, they can't pay their mortgages. that's why most of the goods here are made elsewhere except here in America. mostly everything. i dunno if i feel sad for it is helping poorer people in the process but really people are suffering big time here right now. it's just sad. imagine you losing your home, that's just one of the worst things that can ever happen to you.

so that's why both the houses of the senate and congress are won by the democrats in the last election, and we need a democrat to be the president also, so that things will get done in capitol hill for a change! just the way Mr. Bush ruled when he took over the very first time, the senate and the congress are republican controlled, so he did the worst thing that a president can do in office. in his watch he gave huge profits to oil companies, big tax breaks for the rich and reversed the economy here to a huge deficit which Clinton had a surplus when he left office. plus he put this country into war with 4,000 young soldiers dead and 60,000 wounded, imagine that. just for oil! it's not one of his flesh and blood that died. it's not one of his child. so i would guess it's not as painful, it's not as sorrowful. but it's time to change. enough of this kind of politics. and if a Republican president will win, good luck America. nothing much again will get done. it will be veto and bickering here and there again.

another good thing about politics here is that the people will choose and have a voice and a vote to whoever they want as their candidate to be president. not like in the Phil. that it's just by anointment sometimes, the favorite of the sitting president *} and results are notoriously manipulated, votes can be bought. so really it's very very sad...and the saddest of all is, there's no light coming in the tunnel, nothing soon, that is...meaning i don't have hopes for change in my country of origin which makes my heart swim in sadness if i think about it...
