a nice mantra for all of us to live by...but it takes walking that extra mile to reach it for there are other unkind emotions that are competing against it... maybe if we think or visualize that cross where suffering is etched, it might help for sacrifice is suffering and suffering is a sign of love. i need to keep this always in my mind...(^&*)...pic of a heart-shaped bloom taken in my garden one great summer :)

full of compassion, understanding, mercy and the likes
but most of all...i like us to be friends forever
