one unforgettable miracle, one favorite post...1/15/09, 7:15 PM

A MIRACLE happened today...as a plane, a U.S. Airways jet crashed landed on water at the Hudson river in the southern part of Manhattan island in New York City. Every one of the 150 passengers survived plus the 5 crew members while help came so fast from the first responders. A water crash landing that went sooo well. The plane they said bec. of the fuel floated or stayed over water as long as all the passengers were out to safety on board into those safety rescue boats, plus the plane had a ditch switch which will automatically locked the underbelly of the plane to prevent water entrance. A veteran fighter jet pilot was called a hero. Indeed! but he's more than a hero though saving his life and those of his passenger's. Flying flock of geese caused the two engines to fail they said. What a heartwarming story that would really make your day. I've never seen a positive result of a jet crash and over water at that. The plane only flew for 5 minutes for the accident happened immediately after take off. A total miracle truly, I'm very happy for the passengers and their families :) A happy ending to a heroic effort made by an extra ordinary pilot with 29 years of experience. The airline industry tried to let go off these older pilots but they really come in handy in situations like these. The passengers are very, very lucky to have him in this flight. He even went down the aisle for the last time to make sure all were out of the plane safely. What a very responsible and thoughtful man. He needed to be praised and compensated with this act of heroism that he showed at a very trying times such as this. He did deliver when his expertise was called for in such a dire emergency situation. No words is enough to describe what happened today but thanks to God that no one died except for some non life threatening body injuries. It could have been worst and we all knew that. Life prevailed over death today which is not the norm for plane crashes for most of the time it can really be deadly...the passengers are very lucky, indeed :)

A MIRACLE at the HUDSON as they will call it in the history books now described at CNN. I recall posting a comment a few hours ago before this incident ever happened at Brian's blog that miracles do happen and I truly believe in that...this is the proof... it came so soon unexpectedly but a validation that God truly does give out miracles aside from doing it Himself like walking on water and turning water into wine :) What a good day this is today. I love it and I'm very happy :>
