in our daily grind...

for most of us it is life on the move. we start with nothing special than doing our daily routines. what moves our boats and what makes us tick. how can we make our lives count. as we all know some people before us had made their contributions by inventing, doing philanthropic works, creating ways and means for people to live longer, healthier and happier. as human beings we all need to connect with our inner selves and begin to develop a path in our lives. keeping the wholesome and shedding the baggage that just carry us down the drain of the unhappy abyss as we try to live our lives like this 106 years stock broker, mr. irving kahn :) i wonder if i will be 100 years old with lots of God's grace of course :> how old will you be by then?

last week i listened to this MD's formula of calculating our real age  no matter what our biological age is. it is very interesting to know that a smoker and a drinker seemed to age older than those who are older in their chronological or biological age who do not have these habit. so ergo how young we really are in this case depends on our lifestyle choices... is it time for us to make some adjustments? i for sure will try to tweak a little here and there, hope you too as well :) and since looking at patar beach makes me smile, motivated and of course stress free, this image tops in my album. who knows that when i am 100 years old, i could still appreciate the ocean or the sea with its forever eternal magic :)

and here's my favorite christmas nativity image taken by JC in his cell phone this xmas at the shrine of the little flower church... wonderfully cool :)
