482 billion budget deficit, the mall and politics

and the most expensive mall built here in our state where the only Tiffany store here can be found. the food court is nice and the apple store is here so once in awhile we come and check it out esp. during x-mas time where the decorations are so lavish. there are expensive antique cars on display today...and the bottom pics is the third floor where the food court is :)

the ever ballooning budget deficit is 482 billion to date...and you can't see it in this shopping mall. but the future generation will bear the brunt of its consequences. harder life for them and challenging days ahead for us as well...with the soaring gas prices and slowly creeping up prices of food and other daily needs it is not a happy time not only here but all over the world as well. i hope the next president will be a positive catalyst for change on these hard economic times...

the buzz today is that Hillary is not being considered to be the VP by the Obama camp. Obama is even quoted that his chance of winning is getting to be more and more so she is not needed in the campaign. with McCain's observation that he wasn't even in the middle east esp. in Iraq even only once FINALLY he went for it is a necessity, he wants the highest office of the land after all... the reason. McCain had been there EIGHT times :) but really i personally thought that senority and experience should count first in selecting a candidate, not MONEY which does propel most of what is going on in this world...and i would be really surprise big time if Obama will win this November...my vote is still in the air, although i am a democrat. i will be independent this year :> i like Cindy, 53 y/o and McCain, 72 y/o ...although if Hillary will be there i will be there for her...in the voting booth that is... and I'm not biased bec. I'm female. i just feel that Hillary can do a better job and can win over the republicans so let's wait and see. it will be a spectacular show of political proportions, indeed. will a black person become a U.S. president? that is the question. and my feeling is...not yet my friend...and pls. prove me wrong this November :)
