time is always a winner
for time will eat us all
time clicks and ticks
from dusk to daybreak
time will hug us until the end
until there's no more sun in the sky
for we've closed our eyes
for the last time
at least we saw this beautiful planet
we experienced life's highs and lows
we saw its limitless blue sky
swam in its majestic waterfalls
climbed its gorgeous mountains
roamed in its endless prairies
picked wonderful wild flowers
along its vast open spaces
we interacted with humanity
as we loved, lost and cared
until it doesn't matter anymore
for we're tired and ready to move on
ready to listen to another story
ready to open new doors
ready for new sunrises and sunsets
ready to laugh and to smile again
we are ready and excited to see
what the future holds for us
what the new days will bring us
hopefully more fulfillment and happiness
not only for us and for our families
but for everybody who will join us
who will hold our hands and walk with us
in this unique journey called LIFE...
life is a precious gift from God. it should be savored, adored and always treasured...when we finally realize that, time flies for we are enjoying our time on earth :) short, long or in between whatever God wills it to be...but of course we pray to Him for the longest that could be possible be :> right?
